Harvey Weinstein tried for his character, not alleged charges, attorney says

New York's highest court overturned the 2020 rape conviction of movie mogul Harvey Weinstein. Legal analyst Joshua Ritter says "You don't want to have a criminal defendant on trial for their character rather than for the charges that are being alleged." (April 25)
