Snow Globe Nail Art - Handmade 3D Snow Globe Step by Step Nail Tutorial - Glittering Winter Design

In this video Kirsty makes a SNOW GLOBE to say that she was excited about this is an under statement. Kirsty loves christmas and this was the perfect nail design to get her in the chsirtmas spirit,

Kirsty decided to make the snow globe off the nail, because it would be easier. She used a rubber glove and a ball of blu tac to help to create the dome shape, and then she created a bottom. She used Sculpture Gel for both. Kirsty then files a small opening into the dome, before filling it with the Caviar Micro Beads and Glitters, then attaches the bottom with more sculpture gel. one the dome has been cured, she uses a a straw to fill the dome with water before using clear acylic to seal the dome.

The nail is scultpted using Nautural beige Acrylic powder, clear acrylic powder, lightning blue acrylic powder and metallic blue acry.ic powder. Kirsty also uses some of the caviar micro beads to decorate the nail, inscide of the acrylic. by pressing them into the blues before encapsulating with the clear.

The nail is filed, and mega glossed, beofre attaching the snow globe with clear acrylic and them adorned with micro bead chain, and sealed with mroe mega gloss.
