片中食譜份量有錯,正確食譜如下:

雞蛋 2 Eggs
蟹柳 2 Crab Willows
水 120g Water
雞粉 1tsp Chicken Powder
砂糖 2tsp Sugar
紹興酒 2tsp Shaoxing Wine
豉油 1 1/2tsp Soy Sauce
白醋 1/2tsp White Vinegar
蠔油 1/2tsp Oyster Sauce
粟粉 2tsp Corn Starch
麻油 1tsp Sesame Oil
乾蔥 適量 Dried Spring Onion to taste
飯 1 Bowl of Rice

1.先把蟹柳撕成絲,把蛋打發均勻,用小火先煎蟹柳,再加入蛋汁,用筷子不停攪拌
2.在水中加入豉油、醋、糖、紹興酒、蠔油和雞粉,攪拌均勻,以中火煮
3.粟粉加水,待醬汁變稠身後倒入,最後加上麻油
4.在飯表面加上蛋塊,倒上汁,加入適量乾蔥,完成
