This is part two of the handprint art project. In this video, I trim down the edges of the art piece and make a rabbet around the edge so the art piece can be held in the frame. The frame is a rail and stile structure similar to a raised panel door where the panel is the art piece. This will allow the art piece to expand and contract over time.
