Usain Bolt Stripped of Gold Medal

The 2016 Summer Olympics, in part, belonged to Usain Bolt after he dominated the sprinting events for a third straight year leading to three gold medals for the third Olympics in a row. One of those medals though, from the 2008 Beijing Olympics, was stripped from Bolt, after a teammate was found that he was doping during the games.

"Bolt and the Jamaican team have been stripped of their 4x100-meter relay gold medal from the Beijing Games in 2008 because one runner, Nesta Carter, was found guilty of a doping violation, the International Olympic Committee said on Wednesday."
