The Cheeky Peach 43 is being presented to showcase those that want a simple cocktail that utilizes Licor 43 at home and has a bit of a sweet start to it. The bulk of this cocktail is filled out with sprite with just a tad of lime juice to add some tart flavor and create the dimension you need to keep this from just becoming a sweet bomb of citrus and vanilla.
For those that don't know, Licor 43 is a vanilla and citrus liqueur, it works great in cocktails like the Margarita. It works in this drink, even though it arrives in more quantity than most cocktails calling for Licor 43 but that slight touch of lime juice helps offset it just a bit, while yet maintaining citrus and vanilla notes. Just enough for the college crowd to pickup a bottle of schnapps (peach schnapps of course) and licor 43 for their next party time.

- 1/4 oz Peach Schnapps
- 1 1/4 oz licor 43
- 6 oz Sprite
- 1/4 oz lime juice
