Footnotes: A$AP Ferg's "Plain Jane" (Vevo)
It’s always more fun to watch a music video when you have some background deets, like the artist’s intention and director’s vision. Our ‘Footnotes’ series does just that, and this time we’re naming names. A$AP Ferg's 'Plain Jane' is the second video from the MC's 'Still Striving' album, and it was directed by by Hidji. There were about 200 extras used in the Harlem part of the shoot, which features Ferg and friends cruising the hood on bikes - including some pros. They also shot in Brooklyn. Get caught up on how the whole thing came together in 'Footnotes.'
